Welcome to Instructor Home.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of instructorhome.com, our learning management system, virtual classrooms, courses, memberships, trial lessons, mentorship programs, scholarship or grant opportunities, and related services collectively referred to as the “Services.”

The Services are operated by Instructor Home Inc., referred to in these Terms as “Instructor Home,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

By creating an account, purchasing or enrolling in a course, booking a lesson, accessing course materials, or otherwise using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or Services.

1. About Instructor Home

Instructor Home provides online education, career development, mentorship, and practical skills training for children and adults.

Programs may include, but are not limited to:

  • Data Entry and Technical Support
  • Data Analysis and Business Reporting
  • Virtual Assistance
  • Project Coordination
  • Coding and Artificial Intelligence
  • English Language and Reading Classes
  • Mathematics
  • Career Development
  • Business and Entrepreneurship Education
  • Live workshops and mentorship programs
  • Self-paced and instructor-led courses

Programs may be delivered through recorded lessons, live classes, quizzes, examinations, projects, assignments, discussions, attendance tracking, time-tracking tools, mentorship sessions, and other learning activities.

Course descriptions, schedules, prices, eligibility requirements, and access periods may vary by program.

2. Eligibility and Acceptance of Terms

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account or purchase Services.

Students under 18 years of age may use the Services only with the knowledge, permission, and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

When a parent or guardian enrolls a minor, the parent or guardian:

  • Accepts these Terms on behalf of the minor;
  • Confirms that they are authorized to provide consent;
  • Accepts responsibility for the minor’s participation and conduct;
  • Agrees to provide accurate enrollment and emergency-contact information; and
  • Agrees to supervise the minor’s use of the Services where appropriate.

Children under 13 may not independently create an Instructor Home account. Enrollment and account management for a child under 13 must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, and any required parental consent must be provided before personal information is collected from the child.

3. Account Registration

Certain Services require an Instructor Home account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
  • Update your information when it changes;
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password;
  • Prevent unauthorized access to your account; and
  • Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activities conducted through your account unless they resulted from a security failure caused directly by Instructor Home.

Accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared, or used by anyone other than the registered student unless Instructor Home gives written permission.

4. Electronic Agreements and Signatures

You may be required to accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, a Non-Disclosure Agreement, a parental-consent form, a media or recording release, or other program documents electronically.

By checking an acceptance box, clicking an enrollment or purchase button, typing your name, submitting an electronic form, or otherwise indicating acceptance, you agree that your electronic action serves as your signature and consent.

You are responsible for reviewing all documents presented before completing enrollment.

5. Course Enrollment and Access

Enrollment gives the registered student a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access the applicable course or program.

Enrollment does not transfer ownership of any course content or intellectual property.

The duration of access will be stated on the applicable course page, checkout page, enrollment agreement, or student portal. Access may be limited by:

  • The stated course duration;
  • The academic calendar;
  • Completion deadlines;
  • Payment status;
  • Attendance or participation requirements;
  • Program-specific conditions; or
  • Violations of these Terms.

Students are responsible for reviewing course descriptions, prerequisites, schedules, technology requirements, and participation expectations before enrolling.

Course access may not be transferred to another person without prior written authorization from Instructor Home.

6. Trial Lessons and Introductory Offers

Instructor Home may offer free or paid trial lessons.

A trial lesson is intended to help the student understand the teaching format, meet an instructor, discuss learning goals, and determine whether the program may be suitable.

A trial lesson does not guarantee:

  • Acceptance into a program;
  • Assignment to a specific instructor;
  • Continued availability at the same time;
  • A particular learning result; or
  • Employment, certification, income, or admission to another institution.

Unless clearly disclosed during booking, a free trial will not automatically convert into a paid enrollment.

7. Live Classes, Attendance, and Scheduling

Students are responsible for attending live classes at the scheduled time and in the time zone stated in the booking or course schedule.

Instructor Home may establish program-specific policies concerning:

  • Attendance;
  • Tardiness;
  • Rescheduling;
  • Missed lessons;
  • Make-up lessons;
  • Assignment deadlines;
  • Camera and microphone use; and
  • Classroom participation.

Failure to attend a scheduled class does not automatically entitle the student to a refund, credit, extension, or replacement lesson.

Instructor Home may reschedule a class when an instructor is unavailable, a technical interruption occurs, an emergency arises, or circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent delivery. When reasonably possible, we will provide a replacement class, alternative instructor, recording, credit, or revised schedule.

Repeated lateness, unexplained absences, or failure to participate may affect course completion, mentorship eligibility, internship placement, certification, or continued enrollment.

8. Class Recordings

Certain live classes, meetings, workshops, and mentorship sessions may be recorded for purposes such as:

  • Providing lesson replays;
  • Supporting absent students;
  • Teacher training;
  • Quality assurance;
  • Student safety;
  • Attendance verification; and
  • Resolving complaints or disputes.

Students will be informed when a session is being recorded where required.

For students under 18, Instructor Home may require consent from a parent or legal guardian before recording the student’s image, voice, name, class participation, or submitted work.

Class recordings are confidential educational materials. Students may not download, copy, publish, post, sell, distribute, edit, or share class recordings without written permission.

Instructor Home will not use a student’s identifiable image, voice, testimonial, or work for public advertising or promotional purposes without any separate consent required by law.

9. Payments

All course prices, payment schedules, fees, and applicable taxes will be displayed before purchase or stated in the enrollment agreement.

Payment is due according to the option selected during enrollment.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Instructor Home does not control the independent policies, security practices, or service availability of those providers.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.

10. Payment Plans

When a payment plan is offered, it divides the total course price into installments. Unless the enrollment page expressly states otherwise, a payment plan is not a month-to-month or pay-as-you-go arrangement.

By selecting a payment plan, you commit to paying the complete program price according to the displayed installment schedule.

If a payment fails or becomes overdue, Instructor Home may:

  • Notify you of the failed payment;
  • Retry the authorized payment method;
  • Temporarily suspend course access;
  • Prevent access to examinations, certificates, internships, mentorship, or additional materials; or
  • Terminate enrollment after reasonable notice.

Suspension or termination for nonpayment does not automatically cancel amounts that were already due under the agreed payment plan.

Instructor Home may consider a revised payment arrangement at its discretion, but is not required to approve one.

11. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewals

Certain memberships or services may renew automatically only when automatic renewal is clearly disclosed before enrollment.

Before an automatically renewing purchase is completed, Instructor Home will disclose material information such as:

  • The amount charged;
  • The billing frequency;
  • The duration of the initial term;
  • The renewal period;
  • The method and deadline for cancellation; and
  • Any material changes that occur after enrollment.

Students may cancel future automatic renewals using the cancellation option provided in their account or by emailing ad***@************me.com.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not ordinarily provide a refund for a current billing period that has already begun.

Canceling a subscription is different from requesting a refund.

12. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in a course-specific written policy, course fees and payments are non-refundable once course access, digital content, a live class, mentorship, or another paid service has been provided or made available.

Refunds will ordinarily not be provided because of:

  • A change of mind;
  • Failure to attend classes;
  • Failure to complete coursework;
  • Personal scheduling conflicts;
  • Work or family commitments;
  • Technology problems involving the student’s equipment or internet service;
  • Failure to meet course requirements;
  • Dissatisfaction after accessing substantial course content;
  • Removal for misconduct or policy violations; or
  • Failure to obtain employment, promotion, income, certification, financing, or another desired result.

When Instructor Home permanently cancels a paid program before providing the purchased Services and does not offer a reasonable replacement, rescheduled program, transfer, or credit, affected students may receive an appropriate refund for the undelivered portion.

Nothing in this policy removes refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.

Any course-specific refund, cancellation, transfer, or rescheduling policy presented during enrollment will form part of these Terms.

13. Scholarships, Grants, Discounts, and Financial Assistance

Instructor Home may offer scholarships, grants, discounts, sponsorships, or other financial assistance.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

Awards may depend on factors such as:

  • Financial need;
  • Program eligibility;
  • Geographic location;
  • Available funding;
  • Application quality;
  • Academic performance;
  • Attendance;
  • Conduct;
  • Program completion; or
  • Other published criteria.

Instructor Home may verify information submitted in an application.

An award may be denied, reduced, suspended, or withdrawn when:

  • Information provided was false or misleading;
  • The student fails to meet stated requirements;
  • The student violates these Terms;
  • Funding becomes unavailable;
  • The program is canceled; or
  • The student withdraws or stops participating.

Unless expressly stated in writing, scholarships and grants have no cash value and may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

14. Certificates, Internships, and Program Completion

Certificates may be issued only to students who meet the applicable requirements, which may include:

  • Minimum attendance;
  • Completion of required lessons;
  • Submission of assignments;
  • Passing quizzes or examinations;
  • Completion of projects;
  • Payment of all required fees;
  • Compliance with academic-integrity rules; and
  • Appropriate classroom conduct.

Enrollment alone does not guarantee a certificate.

Any internship, externship, volunteer placement, mentorship, practical assignment, job referral, interview opportunity, or employer introduction is subject to availability and separate eligibility requirements.

Instructor Home does not guarantee that any student will receive or successfully complete an internship or obtain employment.

15. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content and educational materials made available through Instructor Home are owned by or licensed to Instructor Home and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Protected materials may include:

  • Videos;
  • Class recordings;
  • Presentations;
  • Worksheets;
  • Templates;
  • Quizzes;
  • Examinations;
  • Assignments;
  • Graphics;
  • Images;
  • Audio;
  • Software;
  • Course structures;
  • Lesson plans;
  • Written content;
  • Branding; and
  • Instructor-created resources.

Students may use course materials only for their own personal educational purposes.

Without prior written permission, students may not:

  • Copy or reproduce course materials;
  • Record live classes;
  • Share account credentials;
  • Upload materials to another website or platform;
  • Sell, license, publish, or distribute materials;
  • Remove ownership notices or branding;
  • Translate or adapt materials for commercial use;
  • Use materials to create a competing course;
  • Use Instructor Home materials to train an artificial-intelligence system; or
  • Provide unauthorized access to another person.

Permission to download a file does not transfer ownership or grant permission to distribute it.

16. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

Students may be required to sign or electronically accept a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Confidential information may include:

  • Course recordings;
  • Proprietary instructional methods;
  • Student information;
  • Instructor information;
  • Business processes;
  • Internal communications;
  • Unpublished materials;
  • Assessment questions and answers;
  • Client-based assignments;
  • Employer or partner information; and
  • Information shared during mentorship or group discussions.

Students must not disclose confidential information to unauthorized persons or use it for purposes unrelated to their education.

Confidentiality obligations may continue after the student’s course access or account ends.

17. Student Work and Submissions

Students retain ownership of original work they create, subject to any rights belonging to Instructor Home or third parties.

By submitting assignments, projects, comments, or other materials through the Services, you grant Instructor Home a limited right to store, review, reproduce, and display those materials as reasonably necessary to:

  • Deliver the course;
  • Grade or assess the work;
  • Provide feedback;
  • Verify academic integrity;
  • Maintain educational records; and
  • Administer the student’s account.

Instructor Home will obtain separate permission before publicly using identifiable student work for advertising, testimonials, or promotional purposes when such permission is required.

Students must not submit materials that infringe another person’s copyright, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.

18. Academic Integrity

Students must complete their own work unless collaboration is expressly permitted.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Plagiarism;
  • Cheating;
  • Submitting another person’s work;
  • Sharing assessment answers;
  • Taking an examination for someone else;
  • Allowing another person to complete coursework;
  • Falsifying attendance or time records;
  • Misrepresenting qualifications or identity; and
  • Using unauthorized artificial-intelligence tools during restricted assessments.

Instructor Home may use reasonable methods to review suspected academic misconduct.

Consequences may include a warning, assignment rejection, loss of marks, examination failure, certificate withholding, suspension, or termination without refund.

19. Code of Conduct

Students, parents, instructors, staff members, and other users must communicate respectfully and help maintain a safe learning environment.

The following conduct is prohibited:

  • Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or threats;
  • Sexual, hateful, violent, or inappropriate content;
  • Disruptive classroom behavior;
  • Abusive language;
  • Impersonation;
  • Fraud or misrepresentation;
  • Unauthorized solicitation or advertising;
  • Sharing another person’s private information;
  • Attempting to contact a minor outside approved channels without authorization;
  • Circumventing platform security;
  • Introducing malware or harmful code;
  • Recording others without authorization; and
  • Conduct that places students, instructors, or staff at risk.

Instructor Home may remove a participant from a class, restrict communication, suspend an account, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the learning environment.

20. Parents and Guardians

Parents and guardians are expected to:

  • Provide accurate information about the child;
  • Inform Instructor Home of relevant educational accommodations or safety concerns;
  • Ensure that the child attends from an appropriate environment;
  • Help protect login credentials;
  • Avoid interfering with instruction unless assistance is necessary;
  • Communicate respectfully with teachers and staff; and
  • Follow applicable scheduling, attendance, payment, and safeguarding policies.

Instructor Home is an educational provider and does not assume physical custody, childcare responsibility, or in-person supervision of students participating remotely.

21. Technology Requirements

Students are responsible for having suitable equipment and connectivity, which may include:

  • A computer, tablet, or supported mobile device;
  • Reliable internet access;
  • A working microphone;
  • A camera when required;
  • Updated software;
  • A supported web browser; and
  • Access to required third-party platforms.

Instructor Home is not responsible for interruptions caused by the student’s device, internet provider, electrical service, software configuration, or failure to install required updates.

We may provide reasonable troubleshooting guidance but do not guarantee compatibility with every device or system.

22. Third-Party Services and Links

Instructor Home may use or link to third-party services such as:

  • Payment processors;
  • Video-conferencing platforms;
  • Learning-management systems;
  • Cloud-storage providers;
  • Scheduling tools;
  • Assessment platforms;
  • Artificial-intelligence tools; and
  • Communication services.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Instructor Home is not responsible for the independent content, security, availability, or conduct of third-party providers, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

23. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection, use, retention, and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

Information we may process includes:

  • Registration information;
  • Contact information;
  • Parent or guardian information;
  • Payment and transaction details;
  • Course activity and progress;
  • Attendance;
  • Assignments and examination results;
  • Communications;
  • Scholarship or grant applications;
  • Technical and login information; and
  • Class recordings where applicable.

By using the Services, you agree to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

24. Communications

By creating an account or enrolling, you consent to receive transactional communications relating to:

  • Enrollment;
  • Payments;
  • Class schedules;
  • Course updates;
  • Assignments;
  • Account security;
  • Policy changes; and
  • Customer support.

Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the option included in the message.

Unsubscribing from marketing messages will not prevent us from sending essential account, payment, security, or course-related communications.

25. Suspension and Termination

Instructor Home may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when a user:

  • Fails to make an agreed payment;
  • Violates these Terms;
  • Violates an NDA or confidentiality obligation;
  • Engages in harassment, fraud, plagiarism, or misconduct;
  • Creates a safety or security risk;
  • Shares course content without authorization;
  • Misuses the platform;
  • Provides false enrollment information; or
  • Uses the Services unlawfully.

When appropriate, Instructor Home may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the violation. Serious misconduct, safety concerns, fraud, confidentiality violations, or intellectual-property violations may result in immediate action.

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations already incurred or confidentiality and intellectual-property obligations that are intended to continue.

26. Educational and Employment Disclaimer

Instructor Home provides education, training, mentorship, and career-support services.

We do not guarantee:

  • Employment;
  • Job placement;
  • Promotion;
  • Admission to another institution;
  • Professional licensing;
  • Business success;
  • Increased income;
  • Investment returns;
  • Immigration outcomes;
  • Scholarship approval; or
  • Any particular academic or career result.

Results depend on factors including the student’s participation, effort, prior knowledge, attendance, performance, market conditions, and decisions made by third parties.

Testimonials and student success stories represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that another student will receive the same result.

27. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and materials are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

Instructor Home does not guarantee that:

  • The Services will always be uninterrupted or error-free;
  • Every course will remain available indefinitely;
  • Every instructor will remain assigned to a particular class;
  • All materials will be free of minor errors;
  • Every device will be compatible; or
  • Participation will produce a particular result.

Instructor Home may update, replace, remove, or revise course materials when reasonably necessary.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

28. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Instructor Home and its owners, officers, employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Services.

This may include loss of income, employment opportunities, business opportunities, data, profits, reputation, or anticipated savings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Instructor Home’s total liability for a claim relating to a particular paid Service will not exceed the amount the claimant paid directly to Instructor Home for that Service during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

29. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, expenses, or liabilities resulting from:

  • Your unlawful use of the Services;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your unauthorized distribution of course content;
  • Materials you submit that violate another person’s rights; or
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or intentionally harmful conduct.

Instructor Home will provide reasonable notice of a covered claim and will not seek indemnification for losses caused solely by Instructor Home’s own unlawful conduct.

30. Events Outside Our Control

Instructor Home will not be responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather;
  • Natural disasters;
  • Power or internet outages;
  • Cyberattacks;
  • Public-health emergencies;
  • Government actions;
  • Labor disruptions;
  • War or civil unrest;
  • Platform-wide technology failures; or
  • The unexpected incapacity of an instructor.

When practical, Instructor Home will attempt to provide an alternative schedule, substitute instructor, recording, credit, or comparable solution.

31. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing a legal claim, the parties agree to make a reasonable, good-faith effort to resolve the dispute by contacting the other party and allowing at least 30 days for a response.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in an appropriate state court located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, or an appropriate federal court within the Northern District of Georgia.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent relief to protect confidential information, intellectual property, account security, or personal safety.

32. International Students

Instructor Home may provide Services to students outside the United States.

International students are responsible for determining whether participation is lawful and suitable in their country and for paying any taxes, currency-conversion charges, or transaction fees imposed by their bank or payment provider.

Students may not use the Services in a location or manner prohibited by applicable law.

33. Changes to Courses and Services

Instructor Home may make reasonable changes to:

  • Course materials;
  • Instructors;
  • Class times;
  • Teaching platforms;
  • Program requirements;
  • Assessment methods;
  • Technology tools; and
  • Service features.

Material changes affecting an active paid enrollment will be communicated where reasonably practical.

When a material change substantially prevents delivery of the purchased program, Instructor Home may provide an alternative arrangement consistent with Section 12.

34. Changes to These Terms

Instructor Home may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services, policies, business practices, or legal obligations.

The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

When changes are material, we may also provide notice by email, through the student portal, or through a website announcement.

Changes will not ordinarily apply retroactively to disputes that arose before the updated Terms became effective.

Continued use of the Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms where permitted by law.

35. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or removed where necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

36. No Waiver

If Instructor Home does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.

A waiver is effective only when provided in writing by an authorized representative of Instructor Home.

37. Assignment

Students may not assign or transfer their account, enrollment, or rights under these Terms without written permission.

Instructor Home may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, change of ownership, or transfer of the Services, subject to applicable law.

38. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, any applicable NDA, enrollment agreement, parental-consent form, course-specific policy, and checkout disclosures, form the agreement between you and Instructor Home concerning the Services.

If a course-specific written agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the course-specific agreement will control for that particular program.
