Most people will tell you they want to be their own bosses or work for someone making six figures, but did you know that 20% of Businesses fail within the first year? By the 3rd year, close to 40% would have failed and only 35% of businesses live to see their 10th-year mark. Now say 1000 businesses started together, 200 would pack up by the 1st year, and by the 10th year, only 300 survive.
If 6 figures were easy to make in a career, then everyone would make it so most end up below 6 figures and barely making enough to give themselves a vacation. Now how do we survive this ever-changing world?
“When I first graduated from University, I was thrown off balance to realize the real world wasn’t the same as the textbook world. A simple job title could be the reason you are not earning enough. Then I remembered my Mom who could never reach her career peak because she didn’t know all she had to do was take courses and practice to keep going higher. She took what she thought was enough.
The world keeps changing and we must keep adapting. That is why knowledge is indeed power. The knowledge of understanding the system of how things work. Learning keeps you growing and financially empowered.
I was a simple lady with no network, save the passion to excel. I realized that some instructors make you regret thinking of a career pathway. To be that safe community of Learners and Instructors who grow together from all around the world.”
Instructor Home was founded by Blessing Nwachukwu-Frank, a dual citizen and resident of the U.S. with a master’s in management and a bachelor’s in communication. She’s the founder of Sweet Home Georgia, Xandria Staffing, and Xandria Consulting based in Georgia.
She has been teaching since 2008 and became a business creator and manager. She is also a Mentor in business and career to many people around the world.
